Pretty sure these stats are prior to tonight's game:

.286 AVG, .372 OBP, .679 SLG%, 1.051 OPS, 5 2B, 13 HR, 27 RBI in just 32 games.

Discuss. (How much you hate Napoli, that is. :shifty:)

I got excited for a second because all that shows up on the front page is "Mike Napoli is a Red Sox..."

Yeah, I don't get it.

He was batting sub .200 prior to this series I believe.

When all is said and done, I think Napoli has the potential to be one of the biggest Sox killers in recent memory. The other two I can think of:

Enrique Wilson: 49 games, 106 AB, 33 H, 7 2B, 1 3B, 1 HR, 13 RBI, 4 SB, .311 AVG, .336 OBP, .425 SLG%, .761 OPS

Frank Catalanotto: 106 games, 395 AB, 124 H, 40 2B, 3 3B, 11 HR, 52 RBI, 6 SB, .314 AVG, .378 OBP, .514 SLG%, .891 OPS

and

Mike Napoli: 35 games, 116 AB, 35 H, 6 2B, 14 HR, 31 RBI, .302 AVG, .383 OBP, .716 SLG%, 1.099 OPS

I mean, Catalanotto is nuts, but if Napoli has another 300 AB's against the Sox... This could get really, really scary. I'm just glad he's not in the AL East.
