That's one of the many reasons I never got involved in politics even at a minor level. I could never handle the bullshit...always called it for what it is. Heck I used to almost get into fist fights in PTA meetings

Ditto all you said. Once nice thing is that he doesn't have to "waste" a year on re-election. I voted for him both times, but I'm not a homer. Both times I saw him as the best option available. But he needs to step up. I echo my oldest son in saying Obama needs to stop being such a nice guy and kick some ass in Washington. He has to drive collaboration, negotiation and definition of what's best for the people and not either party. I seriously doubt if the House will suddenly start cooperating or even seriously debating, despise the message they were just sent in this election. This country is capable of far better than we've shown the last coupla decades. I hope & pray that Obama AND both parties get us "ballin" again.

Sorry I missed you, pal. Yes, I too am thrilled that Obama won. He didn't do as much as I would have liked in his 1st term, but he's turning this "aircraft carrier" around. It takes time so I'm glad he gets 4 more years to finish the job.
