I saw Lincoln today...and never once did I look at the screen and see DDL...it was always Lincoln. He really outta win an Oscar for that role.
Also Robert stared the guy that played Seward and didn't realize how many parts he's had from a League of their Own, etc.

I know I'm way late on this one but I watched 500 days of summer today. Pretty good movie.

The Collection: 2 stars out of 5.
As far a sequels go, this one is better than it's first entry. It still isn't enough to make it good. If you love the Saw movies, you'll like this one.

Went to see Red Dawn, in comparision to the old version this one was not so serious. It was ok but would wait for the DVD.

![]() Killing Them Softly is a striking and wholesomely poignant shot of an America not just at a cross-roads on the verge of the 2008 Obama election, but one that places the lower class beyond a state of fixing. The brilliance of placing this series of events in the ambiance of a time that stood by values such as community, togetherness and hope is unparalleled with anything seen in film this year. From it's subtle statements on the status of the economy such as undervaluing of the working man and the "next in line" attitude of businesses to save an extra buck to the bleak landscapes in which no man can rely on another, Andrew Dominik has put together another emphatic, thought-provoking work. 9.5/10

![]() I knew it would be a cheesy, predictable Disney movie and that's what it was. Kevin Durant seems like a good guy though

The Flat. 2 stars out of 5.
![]() Somewhat interesting documentary even if it's just like all other documentaries and pushes an agenda that isn't what it claims to be. A Royal Affair: 3 out of 5 stars. I forgot just how much I hate period pieces, but the acting was good enough to elevate it the extra star. Perks of Being a Wallflower: 3 stars out of 5. ![]() Hitchcock: 4.5 out of 5 stars. ![]() Very enjoyable movie. Lots of fun and decent story. It did make me realize that I was born many years too late...it was amazing how stunning Jessica Biel and Scarlett Johansson looked in the style of the late 50's and 1960. They are definitely two actresses that still hold onto the "classic beauty" appearance. In my opinion, this movie should get some attention for best actor, and of course Helen Mirren is awesome.
