What do you mean proof? This is things I've heard and read from people who cover the Cowboys on a daily basis. Jerry doesn't like to share power with anyone. You should know that by now. He couldn't wait for Parcells to leave. If I were you, don't hold your breath or bet your house on anybody good coming in to be the next HC of the Dallas Cowboys, because it won't happen.
