If he wasn't Tim Tebow in college, you just take his talents and put him in someone else's body, he's Collein Klein at Kansas State.

Tebow became a distraction because the Jets coaching staff made him a distraction(he is the back up QB, no he's gonna run the wildcat, no he's gonna be the punt protector). the staff did everything they could to sabotage his time as a Jet. EVEN when SANCHEZ deserved to be pulled from games, Ryan and Sperano wouldn't put Tebow in, they wanted to destroy the kid for their own selfish reasons(it all goes back to last year when he beat the Jets in OT IMO) Hell in Jax Tebow will be better than any other QB they have on the team now. oh and any owner would love to have packed stadiums for a month, and if the team wins with Tebow then it stays packed.

And your idea of the Jets "sabotaging" Tebow because he beat them makes you sound crazy. Seriously? The only reason Tebow wasn't played was because Ryan felt pressured into doing it and he's a stubborn ass who wasn't going to get pressured. It makes no sense for Sparano to do it either because he wasn't even with the Jets when Tebow beat them. And I agree that Tebow is better than anyone in Jacksonville but it isn't going to fill up the seats unless they're good.

Small market is about the size of the media market the team is in. Miami is a pretty big market. Its in the top ten metro areas in the US.

They stopped going because Miami is home to the largest population of ex patriot Cubans. people who want nothing more than Castro overthrown and democracy to come to their island. that had more of an effect than anything on the field...oh and if miami is so "small market" then why have the Heat always drawn good crowds?

This can't be serious... Can it? Quote:
Henne and Gabbert are inconsistent at best, but they've actually displayed an ability to be able to throw the football further than 10 yards and string together good passing games. Besides, for as much potential as Tebow has, Gabbert's got just as much; if my memory serves me correctly, I believe he's the youngest QB in the entire league. His big issue is decision making, which I've always been consistent in thinking is the easiest issue to fix for a QB. Quote:
Going further into this, in 2009, BEFORE Tebow was drafted the Broncos averaged 75,516 fans. In 2010, Tebow's first year in the league, the Broncos averaged 74,908 fans. Then, looking at his other team; the Jets had 78,986 on average in 2011 and a whopping total of 79,088 in 2012. So, putting the numbers together shows that Denver saw an average of 608 less fans per game immediately after Tebow's drafting and an average increase of 1,305 seats filled per game immediately after Tebow's trade and Manning's signing. The Jets then saw an average of 102 more seats filled post trade for Tebow. And those are just home games. What do away games look like? Well, with Tebow on the Jets in 2012, the Jets averaged 63,702 fans attending their away games. Good for 28th in the league. How did Denver fare in Tebow's 2 years there in away games? Well, in 2011, they had 63,374 fans on average at away games, good for 30th in the league. In 2010, they had 63,749, which was good for 27th in the league. So, let's stop making it seem as if Tebow's some mystical figure that boosts sales indiscriminately. There is NO statistic, not a single one, that shows that Tebow has any significant impact on sales increases (Though, there is a lot of evidence to form an argument that he turns people away from games. ). He's got loud fans, who have yet to put their money where their mouths are, and he has potential. None of that equals actually decent QB play yet OR increased attendance. Edit: For anyone who'd like to check attendance records; http://espn.go.com/nfl/attendance
