Going to see my final 2012 theater release tonight in Zero Dark Thirty. It's been a long and wild run.

Finally went and saw Zero Dark Thirty last night. It's a very well put together film and even though I knew about a lot of the more suspenseful moments from remembering history, Kathryn Bigelow did a very good job of keeping me on the edge of my seat and kinda uneasy. As a matter of fact, I was absolutely exhausted when we left the theater (in a good way) and that's a feeling I haven't gotten from a film in quite a while. Jessica Chastain is getting a lot of press for her performance, but she didn't impress me in the least. However, I was completely blown away by Jason Clarke and the job he did. Overall, it is very hard to say where I'd rate this movie... it was good, very good even, but not great. So... I'd probably go with a 7.5/10.

Number of 2013 releases I've seen thus far: 0.

Motivation is completely gone. Can't even drag myself to the theater I used to work at that's a 5 minute drive away that's free to see Gangster Squad and Broken City.

Unless it's something I absolutely want to see, I don't think I'm going to see it. I'm expecting to watch somewhere in the vicinity of 15-30 movies this year, tops.

I watching all five Die Hard movies at one of the theaters here in town. Almost 12 hours worth of John McClane goodness!

A Good Day to Die Hard: 4 stars out of 5.

This one comes in at number three in order of my enjoyment. First, fourth, fifth, second and finally third.

Haven't been to a movie since The Hobbit. Nothing really has seemed worth spending the money on.
