You mean the Hackers that came out like 18 years ago with Jonny Lee Miller and Angelina Jolie? That movie isn't terrible. Although, I could see how you might think that if you didn't see it in the 90s. Probably the same reaction that most people who didn't see the original Tron back in the day get. Sure, the graphics are pretty amateurish by today's standards but they weren't in 1995. But then again, it's a completely different world than it was when that movie came out. For starters, my family had just gotten our first computer about six months before I saw that movie (a Gateway 286, if I remember correctly).

The original "Tron", as well as "WarGames", are two of my favorite movies ever, but "Hackers", I don't know, I just didn't enjoy a single minute of that movie

Hackers is funny because you look at it now, and see how stupid Hollywood was when it came to how the internet and computers work. The same is true with The Net. Oh man, those things are hilarious.

Those movies remind me of that 90s mass freak out over a potential virus that could jump to all your electronics in your home, including your coffee maker, microwave, and security system.

I had to watch this after loving "Adaptation", I wish that Kaufman-Jonze had made more movies together, so brilliant

The only thing I got out of it, "Drugs are Bad"

Despite that, Denzel Washington was pretty dang good

And Catalina from My Name Is Earl looks unbelievable naked.
