PA gov. to sue NCAA over PSU sanctions

Hard to tell for sure from the article, but it looks like the major objection is the fact that the money paid in fines will go to other states.

Pete Thamel of SI says it could be over all the sanctions, which seems useless because I don't know how they expect to override the consent agreement the university signed. I guess Corbett's changing his tune and fishing for votes with this one.
