Whelp... that was painful. If I were a Barca fan I might be curled up in a ball in the corner after watching that shellacking. Not that I'm surprised after the first leg, but it will be two German teams meeting at Wembley in a few weeks. Das Final, if you will.
Bayern Munich v. Borussia Dortmund Should be a good game, although I expect Bayern to win without too much trouble. Second leg scores... Real Madrid - 2 Borussia Dortmund - 0 (Dortmund win 4-3 on aggregate) Barcelona - 0 Bayern Munich - 3 (Bayern win 7-0 on aggregate)

Well, I was wrong, sorta...
Final Score Bayern - 2 Dortmund - 1 Arjen Robben scored the go ahead goal in the 89th minute. It was a thoroughly entertaining game with some amazing goalkeeping. Definitely one of the better cup title games I've seen in the past few years.
