Hypothetically speaking as if there was a legit playoff system in place (not some bullshit 4-team format), chap.

Nevermind playoffs, though, it would be great if auto bids and # of max teams per conference in the BCS didn't exist.

On New Year's Day, South Carolina will be one of my two favorite teams.

At least one of them gets to play in a bowl.

Well, there is not going to be a playoff of more than four teams anytime soon.

The BCS has been kind to Oklahoma over the years, so Sooner fans shouldn't complain. The rules are the rules. If OU defeats Kansas St or Notre Dame they would be in a BCS bowl. What really is bumming them out is another trip to Dallas. OU has already played Texas & TCU in the Dallas/Ft Worth area this season. A third trip just doesn't excite the fan base all that much. Texas A&M is s good match up, but OU fans would have liked to see a game vs Florida or LSU, just to play a team OU hasn't played very often.

None the less, the Sooners will have plenty of fans in Jerryworld.
