I don't blame the girl, she was hurt and wanted to show how she was treated by a supposed "Christian".

I agree with Deb, it was classless of the pastor to have written what she did. She should have spoken to the manager if she was upset and not taken it out on her server.

That said, I complete understand why she was fired. In the town I live in, easily half the restaurants have gone out of business since the start of the recession. Every new startup has failed within 6 months (there was one next to my high school that lasted two weeks). Anything that is being done that antagonizes customers, no matter how big of assholes they are, is not going to be tolerated while the entire industry is struggling massively.
