Can workout wonder Williams crack first round?
05:54 AM ET 02.21 | It took the No. 600 for Jesse Williams to introduce the world to his exploits in the weight room. In the months leading up to his senior season, the former Alabama nose guard put up 600 pounds on the bench press. With a few chuckles and a smile, he brushed off the instant Internet fame and suggested he has friends who lift much more on a regular basis back in his Australian hometown of Brisbane. ... Of the 10 Alabama players invited to this year's Combine, Williams appears to have the biggest opportunity to improve where he'll ultimately be drafted. Some, such as ESPN's Todd McShay, project him to come off the board as early as the first round. Others, such as NFL Network analyst Mike Mayock, see him more as a second- or third-day selection.
