Schools dress themselves up pretty well on open houses and tours and what not. If you want a real feel of the school's atmosphere you've gotta get past all the school-sanctioned bullshit. Hanging out with a group of students for an entire night should get past enough of the bull to determine if you really dig the school.

Unless of course you're deciding between an Ivy and a CC or something, at which point there really shouldn't be any debate.

But that's my advice to all you young whippersnappers looking at colleges.

I somehow won a full scholarship to University of Michigan, so that's where I am going next year!

Got sick twice this year, which is unheard of for me, and they were both pretty brutal. Both times I was out for a week and I've just never been able to catch up. Worst semester ever. Might pass one class. FUCK
