Woods is acting more and more like he has something to hide. If he alone was responsible for the incident, why not talk to police?

If you look at the crash photos on TMZ, the passenger side of the vehicle is what is dinged up. It is obvious that he could have gotten out the driver's side. Why smash the REAR window??

I think the MRS went a little nuts, Tiger crashed and they are in cover up mode.
Rumor has it Tiger mentioned having to get his MRS the "Kobe special" lol

I think I have cracked the case:
It's about 1am and Tiger is ready to turn in for the night. He just cant seem to get under par on Tiger Woods PGA Tour10 and is pissed off. He takes a few pain pills to get over the anguish and to get a little shut eye. Sensing he was having extramarital affairs, Elin has been biding her time, waiting for the right moment. After the affect of the pills sank in, she sprung on him like a ...well, a tiger. She scratched him about the neck and face. He headed outside to try to get away from the woman scorned. As he pulled away in the Escalade, she picked up his Nike One Platinum, featuring Power Transfer Technology and goes apeshit on the back windows. Sensing danger, he pulls out of the driveway as fast as possible. He is a bit out of control and takes out a fire hydrant and a tree along the way. She knows she got the best of him this time around and swells with pride. Then she remembers the God awful amounts of money he pulls in and she decides she'd better help him out. They agree to come with a better story in the coming days...and here we wait.

Police charge Woods with careless driving, no domestic-abuse claims

A Florida Highway Patrol spokeswoman said Tuesday that Tiger Woods will be cited for careless driving as the result of his one-car accident early Friday morning. The penalty for not driving "in a careful and prudent manner" is a $164 fine and four points on Woods' Florida driver's license.

"Mr. Woods has satisfied the requirements of Florida law, and the Florida Highway Patrol's investigation is completed," the spokeswoman said. She added that there were no claims of domestic violence by anyone involved in the case and "no additional evidence of any kind to warrant further investigation."

The spokeswoman said that the Florida Highway Patrol worked with the Florida state's attorney's office and determined there was insufficient evidence to issue subpoenas for Woods's medical records following the crash. The Florida Highway Patrol will have no further comment on the case. Full reports of the investigation will be made available to the media at a cost of $10.
